Product Description
ProXL Ultra Build Primer Filler Spray is a high build sprayable filler for automotive surfaces. It has excellent adhesion properties and can be applied to difficult surfaces such as plastic and aluminium.
The primer filler is fast drying and is easily sanded to prepare for application of a topcoat. This coating can be overcoated by either water or solvent based paints, including Palatine Chassis Spray paint and Indasa Acrylic Spray Paint Black.
The sprayable filler is available in black, grey or white to fit the desired topcoat colour and ensure there is no bleeding when the next coat is applied.

Suitable Substrates (cleaned & abraded): Bare steel, old paint work, aluminium, fibreglass, many plastics

Application Guide:
- Remove all rust from metal surfaces
- Clean surface with a suitable degreaser then abrade
- Carry out test spray
- Areas to be sprayed must be free of grease, dust and dry
- For professional use only
- Wear an appropriate respirator
Application Process:
- Shake aerosol for at least two minutes, after agitator ball is free
- Apply in cross coats from distance of 250mm from object
- Allow 10mins for flash off before overcoating
- Apply 2-3 coats or as required
- Infrared for 5-10mins
- Through cure 20mins at 20ºc
- Sandable with P400–P500
- After use, turn aerosol upside down and empty valve
