Chassis, Vehicle & Military Quickcoat is a tough, durable alkyd based product, which has been designed to provide vehicle chassis and bodywork with a protective decorative coating in an easy to use aerosol form, available in black and many colours.
Product features:

- Ideal for touching up areas or for full application
- Flexible, tough and good exterior durability
Available finishes:
Matt : ideal if you’re after a hard wearing, non reflective appearance
Satin : your surface will reflect some light, but won’t have the high ‘mirror’ finish of gloss
Gloss: gives a high gloss protective finish
Preparation
General: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contamination, rust, and grease.
Priming: While the paint is durable, using a primer on bare metal is always recommended to improve adhesion and provide extra rust protection.
Agitation: Shake the can well for approximately 2–3 minutes, ensuring the agitator ball is heard rattling and moving freely before use.
Application
Technique: * Spray lightly from a distance of approximately 6–8 inches.
* Apply light, even coats rather than one heavy coat.
Heavy Duty Use: For maximum durability, apply several coats.
Maintenance During Use: Shake the container occasionally throughout the application process.
After Use: To prevent blockages, invert the can and spray briefly to clear the valve.
Overspray: Use Palatine White Spirit for any accidental overspray cleanup.
Environment: Do not apply when the ambient temperature falls below 10°C. Keep coated areas dry for a minimum of 24 hours following application.
