Online Returns

Please contact us the day you’re in receipt of your order to report any damages or shortages.

Goods must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and the tin clips (if applied) still intact, and a refund for the product will be issued once they are received back. Shipping charges are excluded from the refund for products that are not faulty

Please note the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning goods which are not faulty. If goods are faulty you must contact us as soon as possible. Shipping costs will only be refunded where the fault is reported within 30 days from receipt of the delivery.

For items that are no longer needed, for a refund the goods need to be returned back within 30 days from receipt of delivery

Please contact us first before anything is sent for return.

Unless faulty, bespoke products from our colour match range are excluded from our refund policy. Please note that all custom mixed and tinted paints are non returnable and non refundable. These products are made to order and are therefore considered bespoke items. Only black and white paints are considered ready made and are included to return policies. All other colours are custom tinted and excluded from returns or refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of tinted products, we may not be able to resell them, which is why they are excluded from our return and refund policy. By placing an order for tinted or custom mixed paints, you acknowledge and accept these terms

Faulty, Damaged or Wrongly Supplied Goods

We take great care in packing your orders, but if we have made a mistake or a product is found to be faulty:

  • Advise us immediately: Please contact our customer service team to report the issue.

  • Keep it ready for collection: You must retain the product and ensure it is available for us to collect and return to our warehouse.

  • Do not use the product: In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product has been used (e.g., paint has been opened, tested, or applied), it is deemed accepted and fit for purpose. We are unable to offer any refunds, replacements, or returns on items that have been used.
