Palatine Paints delivers specialist toll manufacturing and bespoke chemical blending services. We operate from our factory in Leigh, Greater Manchester. In addition, we have over 80 years of British coatings heritage. Therefore, we understand the technical demands of industrial production. We work closely with trade contractors and commercial brands that need consistent, high-specification coatings.

Our Contract Manufacturing Capabilities

• Toll Manufacturing & Private Label: We manufacture, blend, pack, and label coatings to your exact recipe. Every batch includes full traceability. In addition, all production meets ISO 9001 quality standards. This guarantees stable viscosity, opacity, and drying times on every run.
• Solvent & Chemical Blend Filling: We fill specialist degreasers, thinners, and industrial chemicals safely. Furthermore, we pack into containers from 1-litre tins to 205-litre drums and 1,000-litre IBCs.
• Bespoke Formulation & Development: We also formulate custom primers and topcoats. For instance, our chemists can adapt products for harsh weather or heavy chemical contact. As a result, you get a coating built specifically for your substrate.
• Commercial Colour Matching: We match colours accurately. For example, we support BS 381C, BS 4800, RAL Classic, and NCS palettes. Moreover, we can match physical wet samples from your site.
