What are the rates of delivery?

Delivery charges vary depending on what products you are purchasing, some which hazardous will bare a higher charge but our system will automatically work out the bets rate for you on checkout. 

How long will the delivery take?

Once the order has been processed from our end, the courier in most cases delivers next day but in some cases it can take a few business days. 

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can pay by credit/debit card, PayPal or by paying in person at our store here 55 Smallbrook Lane, Leigh, Lancashire, WN7 5PZ.

How secure is my payment to you and is my data protected?

No card payments are ever held on our server, it all goes through a secure merchant which is the highest standard in the industry. We fully respect and abide by GDPR rules also which means any data such as name, address etc is stored safely and never passed on to 3rd parties. 

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will get an order confirmation email with an order number, you’ll use this to contact if if you have any question. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
