Product Description
PROXL PlastiGrip Spray is an advanced plastic adhesion promoter, suitable for most types of plastic. It is a very fast drying coating that can be overcoated after just 30 minutes.
The coating creates a clear film on the surface that is suitable for any topcoat, such as PROXL PlastiColour for repairing bumpers and similar surfaces.
PlastiGrip can be applied to many different types of plastic, some of which would be difficult to paint otherwise. These include PP, PP/EPDM, ABS, SAN, PC, PA, PUR-RIM, R-TPU, PPO, PBT, PUR Flexible foam and UP-GF plastic.

Suitable Substrates (cleaned & abraded): PP, PP/EPDM, ABS, SAN, PC, PA, PUR-RIM, R-TPU, PPO, PBT, PUR Flexible foam and UP-GF plastic
Allow 10 minutes to flash off before overcoating.
Application Guide:
- Carry out test spray
- Areas to be sprayed must be free of grease, dust and dry
- For professional use only
- Wear an appropriate respirator
Application Process:
- Shake aerosol for at least two minutes, after agitator ball is free
- Apply in cross coats from distance of 250mm from object
- Allow 10mins for flash off before overcoating
- Apply 1 coat at 1-2μm
- After use, turn aerosol upside down and empty valve
