Because of its versatility Panther is also good for metal and plastics. We do however, advise a test on an inconspicuous patch before progressing with a larger area. Take care to protect skin, eyes and surrounding areas.
Application tips: apply by dabbing onto the surface with a brush. Wait until you see the top layer of paint start to blister. This should take around 10 to 15 minutes. Once blisters have formed, apply more product, rubbing well into the blisters. Allow a further 15 to 30 minutes before removing with a shavehook or Paint Scraper. Ensure working areas are well ventilated at all times. Poor ventilation could allow the build-up of explosive vapours/ mixtures. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as chemical resistant gloves, overalls and eye/ face protection to protect against splashes. If in doubt speak, to your PPE supplier and show them this label/product, or call us for further advice. Do not use near naked flames or in conjunction with a hot air guns or blow torches. Do not smoke. Ensure the lid is secure and store upright in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and extremes of temperature.

Special precautions should be taken during surface preparation of pre-1960s paint surfaces over wood and metal as they may contain harmful lead.

Arrived in good time during ‘lockdown’. Used on a motorcycle restoration project, worked really well, tougher areas needed more time and patience. Would have been five stars but shipping was£8.50 (plus VAT) for UK delivery. Good product though.
