Product Description
Coo-Var Acrylic Primer Sealer is an acrylic water based primer designed for use on plaster and wooden surfaces both inside and outside. It is low odour and fast drying, with an overcoat time of approximately 6 hours. This makes it an ideal primer for use on interior plaster.
Coo-Var Acrylic Primer Sealer is touch dry in 30 minutes and hard dry in 2 hours. Leave 6 hours or overnight before overcoating.

Surface Preparation
All surfaces should be clean, dry, sound and free from contaminants. New wood should be sanded prior to coating to ensure an adequate “key” is produced. Existing painted surfaces should be cleaned, degreased and sanded to ensure an adequate “key” is produced. Remove all loose, flaking material and treat bare areas as new substrate then prepare accordingly

Mix well before use.
Do not apply when temperature will be at 7°C or below. As dictated by normal good painting practice. In confined spaces, provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.
Preceding Coat
Apply direct.
Subsequent Coat
Suitable topcoat, such as Supercote Emulsion or Professional Wood Paint
