Carbosol Professional Quickcoat Matt Aerosol Spray Paint is custom made for a quality, quick drying matt finish in easy to apply 400ml spray. With a long term, protective finish it’s the ideal decorative top coat which looks great on both metal and wood with a drying time of 15 minutes.

The protective matt finish spray comes in five standard colours including contemporary anthracite grey RAL 7016. Alternatively, if you need a different colour, then contact us, as we can colour match to RAL Classic, BS 4800 and BS 381c colour codes.

Preparation
Surface Condition: Ensure all surfaces are free from contamination. They must be clean, dry, and free from rust and grease.
Masking: Use masking tape to protect surrounding areas and prevent damage from overspray.
Environment: Apply in a well-ventilated area and/or wear an appropriate face mask.
Priming: A multi-surface primer (such as Carbosol High Build Primer) is recommended before applying the topcoat on certain substrates to ensure the best adhesion and longevity.
Application
Agitation: Shake the can well for approximately 2–3 minutes, ensuring the agitator ball is free before use. Shake the container occasionally throughout application.
Method: Spray lightly from a distance of approximately 6–8 inches (15–20 cm).
Technique: Use light, even strokes and avoid excessive overlapping to achieve the best results.
Coating: For heavy-duty use, apply several light coats rather than one thick one.
After Use: Invert the can and spray briefly to clear the valve and prevent the nozzle from clogging.
