Q: What is Carbobond Felt Adhesive used for?
A: This product is a cold-applied glue used to bond roofing felt to surfaces like wood, metal, and concrete. It is also used to seal the overlapping sections of roofing felt to ensure a waterproof finish.

A: Yes, this adhesive is also designed for “gritting.” You can spread a layer of it over the roof and then press stone chippings into it to protect the bitumen from the sun.
Q: Is it okay to apply this over old roofing felt?
A: Yes, you can use it to bond new felt over old bitumen-based roofing, provided the old surface is clean, dry, and free from loose debris.
Q: How should I store the leftover adhesive?
A: Keep the tin tightly sealed and store it in a cool, dry place. Make sure it is kept away from very cold temperatures or direct heat.
Q: Can I use this on my garden shed?
