Our Carbosol Garden Furniture Quickcoat Satin is a 400ml aerosol format of Palatine Professional Garden Furniture Paint, which is an oil based, satin finish topcoat designed for use on a variety of wooden and metal garden furniture, including chairs, tables and benches.
If you’re looking for metal or wooden garden furniture paint to give a new lease of life, our Professional Garden Furniture spray paint is a great choice. The aerosol format is useful for getting to hard to reach areas, such as the tops of chair legs. It provides a range of solid, vibrant colours and an eye-catching satin finish. With a range of 30 gorgeous stock colours to choose from, there are many options available to renovate and transform your garden furniture. We also offer colour matching facilities to RAL and BS colour codes.

Surface Condition: Ensure all surfaces are free from contamination. They must be clean, dry, and free from rust and grease.
Testing: Perform a test patch to ensure compatibility with any previous coatings and to verify the color.
Shake Well: Shake the can well for approximately 2–3 minutes, ensuring the agitator ball is free before use. Shake the container occasionally during application.
Method: Spray lightly from a distance of approximately 6–8 inches (15–20 cm).
Coating: Apply light, even coats. For heavy-duty protection, apply several light coats.
Intervals: Allow 15 minutes between light coats during the initial application.
Conditions: Do not apply when the ambient temperature is below 10°C.
After Use: Invert the can and spray briefly to clear the valve and prevent clogging.
Curing: Keep the coated area dry for a minimum of 24 hours following application.
Colours Available: Available in a wide variety of stock colours, plus custom colour matching available for RAL Classic and British Standard (BS) ranges.

(Based on standard conditions of 20°C)
Surface Dry: 15 minutes (Touch dry).
Hard Dry: 1 – 2 hours (Full film dryness depending on thickness; allow 30 minutes before handling).
Overcoat: After 15 minutes. (Wait 15 minutes between light coats during the initial application. Ensure the primer is fully cured before applying a final topcoat).
Theoretical Coverage: Approximately 2m² per 400ml can.
Thinning: Not applicable (Aerosol). Shake well for 2–3 minutes before use, ensuring the agitator ball is free. Shake occasionally throughout application.
Cleaning: After use, invert the can and spray briefly to clear the valve and prevent clogging. For accidental overspray or cleaning of surrounding areas, use Palatine White Spirit.
