Aerosol Spray Paint for wood and metal is a Semi Gloss 400ml. With a quick drying, solvent borne finish and is classed as an industrial strength top coat. now available in an aerosol format. It provides a tough, rust inhibiting, decorative finish. Ideal for use on steel work, railings, skips, containers and agricultural plant/machinery. Use as a direct to metal, fast drying, semi gloss coating. An excellent, high build, protective finish.
While the Aerosol Spray Paint Semi Gloss is self-priming, for additional anti-corrosive protection and optimal performance use Palatine Fast Dry Metal Primer. However this is not required when using as an aerosol spray paint for wood The drying properties make fast dry semi-gloss paint ideal for situations where quick one day maintenance is required.

Preparation
Surface Cleaning: Ensure the wood or metal surface is clean, dry, and free from rust, oil, or grease.
Priming (Metal): This paint is self-priming for direct-to-metal application. However, for maximum anti-corrosive protection on steel work (railings, skips, plant machinery), it is recommended to apply Palatine Fast Dry Metal Primer first.
Priming (Wood): No primer is required when using this as a spray paint for wood.
Safety Setup: Work in a well-ventilated area to avoid inhaling spray mist and ensure there are no heat sources, sparks, or open flames nearby, as the aerosol is extremely flammable.
Application
Agitation: Shake the can thoroughly before use to ensure the paint is well-mixed.
Environment: Ideal for situations requiring “one day maintenance” due to its quick-drying properties.
Technique: Apply in even strokes to achieve a high-build, protective finish.
Sheen Benefit: The semi-gloss finish is designed to be more forgiving of surface imperfections than high-gloss alternatives.
Curing: The paint is quick-drying and will reach a touch-dry state in approximately 20 minutes.
