Product Description

UPVC & Plastic Cladding Paint is ideal for rejuvenating and revamping, old tired looking fascia boards, UPVC window frames and UPVC doors.  A 1k Acrylic Plastic Coating formulated for excellent adhesion to most hard and flexible plastic surfaces including UPVC, foamex board and  flexible PVC materials.

Plastic Cladding Paint is an economical alternative to replacing old and tired cladding and fascia boards. Can you paint UPVC windows? Plastic Cladding and UPVC Paint is ideal, as well as being fast drying also has excellent adhesion. Making it quick and easy to apply.

We have a wide range of colours to choose from and have the facility to colour match to RAL Classic and  British Standard colour codes.

Preparation

Surface Condition: Ensure the area is completely free from dust, moisture, oil, grease, old coatings, and surface contaminants.

Previous Coatings: Rub down previously gloss-painted surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper and rinse thoroughly.

Compatibility Warning: This product is not suitable for PE (Polyethylene) or untreated Foamex.

Mixing: Mix thoroughly for approximately 2 minutes using a drill stirrer or a wooden batten (at least 25mm wide). If using more than one batch of the same colour, intermix them before use.

Application

Environmental Conditions: Best results are obtained in warm (minimum 10°C), dry conditions.

Methods: Suitable for application by brush, roller, or spray.
* Brush/Roller: Apply an even coat using a brush or short-to-medium pile roller on smooth surfaces. Use a long pile roller for textured surfaces.
* Spray: Can be applied via airless or conventional spray.

Coats: 2–3 coats are recommended to reach the desired film thickness and ensure maximum life and performance of the coating.

Colours Available: Anthracite Grey, Graphite Grey, Mahogany Brown, Signal Grey, Slate Grey, and Black. Custom colour matching to RAL Classic and British Standard codes is also available.

Pack Sizes: 4.4 Litre (Volume: 5L container typically filled to 4.4L).
