Damp Tolerant Primer, designed to seal damp or wet concrete, cement and other substrates. Up to to 98% relative humidity. Prior to overcoating with resin finishes. The advantages are to Inhibit water vapour transmission and isolate moisture. Facilitate the overlayment of “green” concrete. Offers outstanding adhesion to concrete.  Allows early laying of floor covering. Cost effective and easy to apply.

Damp Tolerant Primer is a two-component resin membrane that is tolerant to residual moisture in concrete floors. That enables earlier access onto the floor than would otherwise be available
for the application of screeds, coatings and other floor coverings including carpets, tiles, vinyl and wood.
