Concluding 2023 at Palatine Paints

Approaching the end of 2023, a year that has absolutely flown by, i’m sure most will agree! We love to write about the key highlights for us and what we’ve achieved as a company.
In February 2023 we passed our annual ISO 9001 accreditation audit, demonstrating our commitment to the quality of our products and service
The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) is an independent, non-governmental international body that develops standards to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of products, services, and systems. The ISO:9001 Accreditation, in particular, pertains to quality management systems, and is recognised worldwide as an indication of organisational excellence.

By implementing this quality standard into procedures and processes here at Palatine Paints, we can continuously achieve a better understanding of our customer’s needs and requirements whilst ensuring a high-quality product.
In July 2023 We became a member of the International Trade Council.
The International Trade Council is a peak-body chamber of commerce dedicated to promoting international trade, minimizing barriers, and fostering global commerce through education, networking, and insightful business intelligence.
For many years, the International Trade Council has championed open markets, fair international competition, and trade liberalization, guided by transparent, predictable, and multilaterally coordinated regulations.
Their mission is to help members navigate the intricate world of international trade by simplifying processes and providing essential resources. We’re extremely proud to be a member of the ITC and as such, are looking forward to platforms of expansion this allows us to enter into.
In November 2023 Our plans were put into motion for the expansion coming over the next 12 months, with exciting new partnerships, opening trade in new markets and welcoming a scale of new public sector clients.
