Product Description
Coo-Var Floor Sealer is a clear floor sealer that is designed for interior or exterior surfaces to help in the prevention of dusting. It is ideal for use as a low cost floor sealer and is suitable for use on prepared metal, wood, concrete and GRP.

Touch dry in 4 hours and hard dry in 12 hours. Leave 16 hours or overnight before overcoating.

Surface Preparation
All surfaces should be clean, dry, sound and free from contaminants. Concrete – power floated, granolithic and smooth surfaces should be roughened first to provide a good “key” for the paint. This can be done mechanically by abrading or blasting, or chemically, using Coo-Var Acid Etch. These processes will have the advantage in addition to preparing the surface of also removing dirt and laitance. New concrete must be allowed to cure thoroughly which can take up to 3 months.
Mixing Instructions
Mix well before use.
Application Conditions
As dictated by normal good painting practice. In confined spaces provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.
Preceding Coat
10% thinned Coo-Var Floor Sealer
SUBSEQUENT COAT
Coo-Var Floor Paint if required.
