Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, sound and free from dust, oil/grease, salts/efflorescence and loose material. Treat algae/mould with a suitable fungicidal wash if required.
Weather/temperature
Apply in dry conditions. Avoid frost and very cold weather.
Dilution
For best performance, dilute 5–10% with clean water and mix well.
Application
Apply evenly by brush, roller or low-pressure sprayer. Avoid over-application and do not allow pooling on horizontal surfaces.
Coats
Apply 1–2 coats depending on surface porosity. Allow the first coat to dry before applying a second.
Coverage
Typically 5–8 m² per litre per coat (varies with porosity/texture).
Clean-up
Clean tools and splashes with water immediately after use.
Always carry out a test patch (approximately 100x100mm) before full application to ensure compatibility with previous coatings and the substrate, and to ensure the colour achieved meets your requirements. Failure to do so will result in a product refund claim not being accepted.
